    Blower motor

I notice the blower motor on Dolores wasn't super fast. Thought I'd quickly take the blades off and have a look.

This is a super simple task. There are 3x torq 25 screws and one loom plug to undo. You also have to remove the black cover on the passenger side floor which is four plastic clips. You can then see the bottom of the blower motor quite easily.

And I think I might have found the problem Blower motorBlower motorBlower motor

Some electrical tape, about 50 leaves and the remnants of a post-it note. I think it might go a bit better without that lot on board.

Oh, and whilst you were there, may have been an idea to pull the motor apart, fan off spindle .. type apart .. not really the motor itself.

Give it a good spray with your favourite cleaner spray, de-rust it a bit .. or a lot .. I'm thinking most will be as rusted and gummed up as my two I did a while ago.

Helps to make it even a bit more quicker and a bit more quiet too.
