1999 Disco 1 no power getting to fuel pump

I was driving normal from work and my disco 1 suddenly decided to stall halfway home. I towed it home and found out no fuel is coming from the pump. I have tested the pump and it works fine but the car is not sending any power to it

I assume it would be the fuel pump relay so I have replaced what I would think the relay is, but no luck. I also assume it could be the inertia switch but I am having no luck finding it.

I have looked under the hood, in the passenger footwell and under the steering column and I can’t seem to find it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I believe the relay is under the hood as part of the multifunction relay box.
    near windscreen washer bottle.

The inertial cut out should be on the firewall, same area. (well, 97 model)
it's a round cover with rubber top.

have you checked the pump fuse?
also in the under the hood fuse box.

Thank you I have found the inertia switch now. I have pressed it and my immobiliser light is not constantly on now but that didn’t fix my fuel issue not flowing from the pump. I have inspected the fuse and seems fine, no cut or broken line in it. I assume the problem would be the fuel pump relay then?

    Fuel Pump Relay

On my MY96 Disco ( R/H Drive) the fuel pump relay is behind the r/h kickpanel below the ECU. Check for 2 metal Relays , on mine its the nearest 1 to the seat.
