    Standard height shock failure

    Hi again

I put new shocks and springs on the disco about 10,000k ( 6 months) ago and now one front one has gone soft.

I put on tough dog adjustables, and they worked well. Has anyone had any expereince with sendign them back for a refund?

heres what I didn't like about the tough dog so far:
    - No steel cover for the shaft
    - The paint is coming off
    - The adustables are okay but i have them sitting on about 3 out of 9 of the hardest setting not to get much road vibration ( hardly seems worthwhile adjusting them)

    Pors:
    - not sure anymore. i was going to say they were good, but not so much now

dunno about tough dogs, but on the front you shouldn't really need a cover for the shaft.
The tower covers the shaft if you fitted them body section at the lower end and shaft above.
    Arthur.

All these discos are giving me a heart attack!
