    LT77 gear change problem

A few years back I bought an Ashcroft reco box from the UK. All has been well until recently. Its fine cold but when heats up after say 30 mins driving the side to side movement of the gear change gets really stiff. As such sometimes I am unsure of what gear I am going into. When home and cooled down the next day all is sweet again. Oil is ATF as recommended by Ashcroft.
Anyone experienced this or ideas as to why?

I just found the same question asked on the Ashcroft Technical Library page.
The answer was that the nylon cage at the end of the selector rail can swell from the heat and that causes the stiffness.
Now , they dont give part numbers so where can I find the info for the part number I need? I also need some gaskets and seals.
Lots of PDF for Workshop Manuals but cant find one for the Parts Manual for the Disco 1 LT77

There are some similarities between the LT77 and the R380. Perhaps it’s worth checking if this bush is on of them. Possibly easier to find a book.
