    Cheap storage solution

For the Discologist on a budget or who rather expend the dough in XXXX here is a cheap and good storage solution for the Disco I fitted with cargo barrier.
All the material coming from the recycling shop from the tips.
The cargo barrier is from Bundy for the astonishing cost of $5.00 (incl GST )
The frames and basket/drawer, Hobart tip.
    Cheers

Nice neat job there mate but if that were in my D1 with about 5" lift over standard you would never be able to get anything out of the fridge.

I have to drop the fridge down on the bumper to be able to see in it how it is now.

    I like the idea though.

    Nice and cheap aswell.

    Hi mcrover,
That it is easy to fix, fit the fridge bellow (floor level) and the basket on the top by turning upside down the frame and swap the shelving.
I placed this image to show interested members that they do not have to pay gold for the rack systems that are selling on the shops.
One of the members in the camping forum asked which fridge can be fitted in a disco with cargo barrier. This will give him a good idea of what can be fitted at the back of a Disco.
My Disco is raised 40mm with King springs.

Im quickly running out of room even for stuff that folds flat lol...

It's Ok if it's at floor level but any higher and I'd be stuffed.

I know, I saw an add for one in a magazine and Ive gone through all of my Mags and I havnt seen the add again.

I think it may have been in a caravaning mag at the Dr's or something but it looked like a good Idea.

If anyone knows where you get them, please post contact details.

Bugger, that would increase the cost of the storage unit and will not be any money left for beer on the fridge
