I am running those tyres atm and i have a 2 inch lift, i only had to cut the gurad on one side and that was because the suspension is stuffed on that side haha, i am getting it re lifted soon, but in other words i highly doubt you would need to cut them if you have a 2 inch lift, as the side that wasnt sagged on mine was fine

    Here's mine,

It's nothing special so far just got a few things on her...

    245/75R16 Maxxis Bighorns
2 inch suspension lift (soon to be re lifted as its sagged as all hell)
    Uniden UHF with 1200mm aerial
    Smart bar
    Nightforce 140mm spotties

That is pretty much it, the engine is fairly new it has only done 30,000 km's (340,000 on the clock)

Next step is obviously the suspension then looking at getting some light force 240's and a TJM steel bar with a winch (as my bar atm is not winch compatible) after then exhaust then some lockers.. and the list goes on haha...

Well i haven't decided if im going to go the 2 inch lift yet, but i have a feeling the michelin stock tyres aren't going to cut it

haha yeah well they say you should go suspension then tyres, and id def say it would be well worth investing in some good offroad tyres, like the maxxis, they make a world of difference hey

Hmmm i'll have to keep that in mind, any ideas how much you would be looking at for the 2 inch lift?

well i just picked up a set of iron man's springs and shocks for $600 (not fitted, i gotta do that myself) but that was cheap because they were trying to get rid of them at the shop cause the guy who was buying them rolled his landy :P.

But otherwise im pretty sure a mid range shock is around 150 and a mid range spring is around 110.. the iron man would be less than that because they are the lower range of quality... i couldnt tell you a normal retail price on them tho... (annoyingly i cant think of the brand of the mid range shocks i just said above but i'll get back to you on that). I'd just say you'd be best going and talking to someone in your local Opposite lock or arb or even local tyre shop about it cause they will have all the definites for you

Cools, i'll have to do some asking around. One of my dad's mates runs ultimate suspension so i'll ask him.

Stooge the back seat copilot is the best part in the photo
I like the front end without the plastic bits.
