This was the result of a 3 foot rock getting dragged up into the guard during the photoshoot for 4WD Monthly a few years ago...
Result... Quoted to replace entire panel (cost $3500.00)

Drove back to Adelaide and started thinking :)
Using 100mm Sq as the basis built this bar to replace the rear bumper (lost ends at least 4 times so was sick of that!) and needed to make it look better with the 35 on the rear...

As you can see, solid bumperettes, and guards cut to suit...
Sides of bar are webbed behind for strength... and triangulated.
Hi Lift points on rear and integrated tow bar.
The skid plate meets level with the long range tank...
Thats an awesome effort,A bit past my skill level though considering i hav'nt welded before.I am getting some 2.5" pipe wrapped around the back and along the sides under the choped gaurds.Hope it will look ok.Won't get it done until next week as i'm 4bing this weekend:D.Cheers Brett
