how did you cut your guards
they are quite easy to install yourself. took me and the missus about 4-5 hours on a sunday to do it all.
how did you cut your guards
with an aluminium blade on a jigsaw, cut straight through, plus looked heaps neat. then just went over the edges with agrinder disc to take off any burrs. can supply photos if need.

this is how i did it. please bare in mind i didnt have my flares as i was stuffed around, but had to clear my 33s.
so mark up where your going to cut.
take to it with as i used a jigsaw, or 4 inch grinder. (the hardest part is the first chop)
now with guards cut and trimmed (will have to trim some plastic in the front fender) 31s above, 33s below.
and now tucking 33s on the rear.
i left a little extra body panel on the guards, and then went along with a pair of tin snips, cutting about every inch and folding the metal back against the underside of the guard so that there was no sharp edges to hit.
I also used a 4" grinder with 1mm cutting discs with good results - although I did require a 7" to cut some of the doors neatly.
It's an easy job, you just need to think about it and be carefull when cutting.
