Would love some more details on your 30mm bodylift as that would suit the problem I'm having as well. Details like, apart from the liftpump issue, what else did you need to lift / lower (except for the front and rear bars of course), and radiator shroud, etc....

I have just recently fitted wider offset steel wheels to gain a bit more stability in place of the factory alloys on my 98 tdi S1 Disco and with my 245/75R16 muddies I've been rearranging the rear guards each time I've gone offroad. I have since rolled the lip on the guards (front and back), but they still catch occasionally when tucked up. Given that I intend to go for 265/75's when the current ones wear out, I was hoping to go for a smaller bodylift at the same time.

Hi Goldey , It was a pretty simple thing to do really , Just a lot of time needed . I have had the disco on full flex and i have not needed to adjust the front brake lines any . I unbolted the rear brake line T-piece on the diff and made a 30mm spacer so i did not rip it out on full flex . The top radiator brackets were taken off and i drilled new holes below the originals so the radiator was still mounted properly . the steering arm between the column and the box was adjusted a little as it was a little tight . The seat belt bolts underneath are long enough to adjust once you have the lift blocks in .i have now added a longer fuel line so i don't bust another lift pump :oops2:. I had the blocks made locally and cost me $60 and i got hi tensile bolts and lock nuts for $100 . the only thing i need now is the rubber chocks for the back floor between the chassis and cab. if i have missed anything let me know :D.

It's pretty simple mate , unbolt the t-piece from the bracket . what i have done just for now is found a longer bolt and stacked up a heap of washers until it was 30mm tall . so put the t-piece at the top add all the washers from the bottom and bolt it up .

here's a pic of what i have done ... one small thing is it does expose the brake lines a little . i couldn't see them getting caught on anything tho . :)
