Welcome to the land rover world RAD, sorry but can not help about your questions, however i am interested to see what they say, i too have a 95 model disco v8..![]()
Hey every one. New to this landrover scene.
Have a 95 V8i Discovery. 2'' lift 24.5'' front shocks 27.5'' rear shocks (procomp) dislocation cones. I want to run 16 x 8 rims with 285/75/16 tyres. I know i have to cut guards & fit flares. What rim offset would suit this setup????
Any help would be great

I'm doing the exact same thing to my 95 V8i D1 at the moment. I've done an EFS 2-inch spring lift and am fitting 285/75/16s.
I'm not really all that keen on doing a body lift as I still want to make it into carparks. Offset wise it might be pushing the boundaries, but I've gone for a set of 16 x 8 -25 Dynamic steel rims. Then I'll be chopping the guards to fit on a set of Flexi Flares. The Flares are arriving next week, but I'm told they're similar to the LRA ones, but are unbreakable.
Anthony from Coffs Harbour 4WD imports and sells them.

What sort of Flexi flare you fitting?? And what sort of dollars? The LRA fibreglass are crap if you brush a tree they break.
They're originally from Innovation 4x4 in the UK. More info on their site, but if you want to buy them locally, Coffs 4WD will have them in stock
