    Price on doing minor rebuild

    Guys

Just wondering if any one had rear main, head gaskets and cam plus valves done recently?
I am looking at a rough price point to see if I should spend the $ as I do really like my Disco at the moment.
Its a 94 with 130k on the clock.
Few little oil leaks and feel a little money could make it last a lot longer yet if I spend wisely.
I recon rings and bottom end should be fine for the low K's.
    Any one got any no's?

    Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing from your other posts its a 300Tdi. As for the rear main, my "best" quote to get it done was $1250. Subtract 150 if its a manual. Most mechanics will elect to remove the gearbox.
