measure up the angle of inclination of the 2 eye holes in the hockey sticks in relation to the spindle that mounts to the chassis.
the minimum you need to do is cant the angle of the bolt holes 1 or 2 degrees back (effectively you are increasing the angle from the horizontal)
the other approach bends the arms at the chassis mount end, while this is usually enough for the rear it can have funny results at the front.
the best thing is an S bend applied at the middle followed by kinking the bar near the 2 mounting ends so that the included angles remain the same but the ends are moved in a parallel to their original orientation.
All of the above should include a slight lengthening of the arms so that the axle is held in its correct location under the spring mounts.
while some generic measurements will work and they all seem to work out to 2 degress of cant and something like 6-10mm of additional length will work in most cases if your metal worker is any good you should be able to template the existing configuration of the arm and then maintaining the orientation of the eyes in the arm relative to the orientation of the mounting spindle lower it by the amount of your lift over standard.
