Unhappy wheel nuts for steel rims

Hi to all again , could anyone suggest a good (cheap) place to buy new wheel nuts to suit steel rims , for a 96 disco ? Also is there an easy way to remove the wheel nuts on the alloys when they have been smacked around and a wheel brace no longer fits ? cheers

I bought a brand new set from Gary @ CLR 4WD parts (LR guru).

He sells on and off eBay, so just shoot him an email on there. Tell him Boxer sent you
