Cheers guys! once i got my head around what i needed the process was much easier.
I was first quoted $275 for the shaft from ALL4x4 (but they always charge ungodly prices!) so i called around and LOKKA has quoted me $130-$150 which sounds much better to me!
As for the flange kit ALL4X4 have quoted me $88 and Karcraft in Sydney have quoted me 116.82+11.80= more then ALL4x4 :o
So i will get the shaft and new unis for $130-150 and the flange kit for $88
(might be able to get the kit cheaper again as i know some people so ill give that a crack as well)
Does this all sound reasonable to you guys?

As the old man has jumped up and down insisting second hand is not the way too go.
So how much would it cost for the same parts new and how for the people who have gone second hand have you had any worries? since fitting them?

I told him i am willing to buy new if he pays the difference. But even if a second hand one does go i would be able to replace it about 5 times before i would be paying more. And from what i can gather you guys dont have any troubles with second hand ones? i guess it would depend on what kind of life it has had.Quote:

Even the flange can be repaired with a speedi-sleeve & you'll fit a new seal while it's apart anyway (won't you?).
Seals are only $10 aren't they ;) and I'm guessing it would be a wise choice but not necessary to do this?
I'd go for the 'wise choice' option seeing as it'll be easily accessible.
Shaft from LOKKA flange kit from ALL4X4 and im guessing they would sell the seals as well ;) for around $10
And then wait till the 7th for LOKKA to come fit it for me :) so no Land Rover for me for another week :(
