unplug the stepper motor and what dose it do?
the road speed transducer also has a bearing on the idle speed.
this is abit hard to nut out if you cant see the car and dont know the history of it and its owner.
we could be pointing in the wrong direction...

tried unplugging stepper made no difference, where abouts is the road speed transducer
