Diky Seats off fleabay into my D1?

Hi poeple, just wondering if anyone has simply bought a set of rear diky seats an installed them to their D1. I bought a set off Ebay on impulse, they in my shed now and wondering if when i start poking around they will simply bolt straight in?? Or i have a mongrel task ahead of me.
I imagine they should just bolt straight in yeh.
Also was thinking of just fitting one of them as opposed to the pair, can't see any probs with that??

I pulled them out the back of mine and they were a ***** to get out. Very awkward accessibility and torx type head bolts (round so you cant get a spanner round them). As far as mounting points are concerned, it all looked pretty standard underneath the trim. I cant say for certain though if its any different to a std 5 seater.

They're only big enough for small children and crash safety is not one of their strong points. If you want the thing to be legal you have to get it registered as a seven/six seater also.

I'm keeping mine so if I sell I can pass on the seats without selling an un-roadworthy car.

i just pulled mine out they were in there when i bought the car but as my rego said 5 seater and it had seven i presume that someone put them in. i am now getting gas put on so no need for them. anyway aslong as you got all the bolts and seatbelts it should be easy to put in there all just screwed in behind the panels just take care trying to get the plastic clips out i broke a few no biggy can buy new ones took me about 1 hours to undo all bolts and trim per side, you need a torx30 bit and from memory 19mm 12mm and 10mm socket and lots of patience

The only annoying part as someone mentioned above is getting to a few torx bolts that are in an awkward spot. I used a torx bit at a 90 degree angle in a set of vise grips. Did the trick. Start early so you don't run out of light as it's a fiddly job. And have beers on hand should you become frustrated!
