It really was that glossy. Most people who saw it said I was mad to respray it, and to a matt colour at that.
But the CT replica was the whole reason for buying it.
The alloy wheels are now fitted with road tyres.
Well this is how he looked when i picked him up... well he was a lot cleaner! but this is what you have to do when you mate calls you saying he is bogged in his lux :). Was my first trip out in the 4x4 was brilliant plenty of mud.
Well he is a 98 D1 300 Tdi manual. had standard open country A/Ts TJM Winch Bar 20/20 Spots and a Safari snorkel. And lastly a camel trophy bonnet decal :D

And this is what he looks like now :). Nothing to major just Tinted windows, Larger mud flaps, same bar, same spots (have a new pair to put on the top of the bar soon) 2" Lift with Dobinson springs and lovelle shocks, 245/75R16 Maxis Bighorns...with the same rims painted black. Same bonnet decal and a GROVER sticker on the windscreen, Safari snorkel. And i had both mufflers removed to give him the beefy tone
