    need some help

    hey guys

    yesterday i replace my rocket cover gaskets, i undid a few things to make it easyer
    heater hoses
    feul line into the steel pipe for the injectors
    i took off the the throtal body and cover etc
    after replacing everything i did it all back up
    and wash the motor down to see if she was still leaking oil

    today i replace the spark leads

    and now she running so ruff i feel its runing on 7 cylinders
    and its back fireing every now and then

    before i touched anything it was pering like a kitten

    any help be great

    check your plug leads are in the correct order.
    you had the rocker covers off, so i bet the plug leads also came off, ide bet youve mixed the firing order up on one side.

    oh and remember that the passanger side plug closest to the radiator is No.1.

    can any one give me the pics of where each lead gose on the distributor? as the distributors not labled with numbers

    should have numbered them first!!!

    you will have to set top dead center compression on number 1 cylinder. take the cap off the dizzy and note where the rotor button points, that will be number one plug lead. IIRC the rotor button turn clockwise, so continue the firing order around the dizzy cap.
