It must be the time of year for water pumps:( Mine decided to pack it in on Tuesday. So on Wednesday I picked up a new pump and took it home for my dearest hubby to put in. It all went smoothly he got it all put back together and started it up sounded great. Then there was a almighty squeal coming from the pulley tensioner bearing (I think thats what he called it), so now thats fixed as well with any luck thats it.

Yeah mate she was shot, hehe NOW i got another prob!!!! looks like the gasket between the block and where the pump sits is gone as well. i've got a little leak on the bottom of it. DAMMMMM. back to the drawing board.Quote:
