Haha, yep, I spray silicone around where the console touches the fascia! It stops the squeaks for a few weeks! The facelift D1's have a felt strip glued at this point in an effort to remedy this particular squeak, but the felt eventually wears away, so out comes the silicone spray again!

Sure did Jon, hides the faded black fascia in places.
