Just pulled the central locking fuse out to test, and the remote lock on the door happily works which suggests to me that the unit operates directly off the immobiliser. Any thoughts?

Hi Guys,
As the title suggests, I have an issue with my D1 central locking (which is coupled up with an immobiliser). The driver's door working a treat, up and down no problems at all, however the 3 passenger doors do not work at all, nor does the rear barn door. Doesn't seem to be getting any power as there doesn't appear to be any signs of movement or sounds from the door actuators when the central locking is activated. Is there a central unit that these locks operate from, or is this common problem with the D1's?
Any help would gladly be appreciated!
Cheers,
-Adam.

Adam,
What remote do you have ? is it a factory immobiliser and what year D1?
JC
The Isuzu 110. Solid and as dependable as a rock, coming soon with auto box😊
The Range Rover L322 4.4.TTDV8 ....probably won't bother with the remap..😈
Your model Disco does not have remote central door locking (CDL) as standard. The drivers door actuator controls all the others when the key is used.
You need to remove the drivers door trim & see how the remote CDL has been set up.
It may have 2 actuators fitted, one that operates off the remote & linked to the original which operates the other doors.
If there's not 2 actuators, then the single one must be an aftermarket type. Most of these can be wired to operate the other LR door actuators or the other doors may have aftermerket units too.
Let us know what you find in the drivers door first though.

Hi guys,
95 D1 and it looks like an after market immobiliser.
Yes there are two actuators - one at the bottom which is on its own two core wire that goes back to what I assume is the immobiliser box, with a metal wile that connects it up to what looks like the original actuator. On following the wires back, it splits back to 4 wires inside the drivers door.
