Not sure if you're still looking, but this is an Ironman 2in lift + 30mm coil spacers. Tyres are 245/70/16 with -6mm offset rims and 4.25in backspacing. Rear needed a slight camel cut not to rub:

they look like pro comp rims...you sure they are -6?
What an awsome pic can look forward to doing it to mine, makes it all the better cause mine is the same color so i can see what it will look like, only i currently got 32's muddys. STILL waiting for lift kit from ironman is nearly 2 and a half weeks, it was aparently sent to wodonga instead of wandong were i live, lucky the posty up there hasnt got a disco...:p
