i am also keen to disconnect the rear (and maybe front sway bar) if i go on an exciting outing, (i am a bit green so anything could be exciting, hehe,).
I was under the impresstion the Shocks were ment to hold the springs in place in the event of over travel, so if the car got its bum stuck on a rock and the rear wheels were not touching the ground the sway bar would have no impact in holding the springs in. Or would it?
I dont mean to sound like i might be correcting you, but you guys KNOW all about our Discos so I am keen to learn, there really only two ways to learn, make a nice mistake or ask a question.
Any help you could give me would be great.
