Well the part numbers were 922560, 924573. I have an Old Man Emu 2" lift and Momentum 4x4 put my Disco on the hoist and measured travel before ording. I measured the actual travel of my shocks when I put them in, the rear shocks had just over 9 1/2" of travel and the fronts had just under 9" of travel.

AND if you think its fixed by dropping tyre pressures from 60psi WTF:eek: to 40psi....you had better have a another look.
try swivell preload, wheel bearings padhard rod bushes and radius rod bushes, cos i reckon if not one then all of the above are rooted. either that or you have bent your radius rod arms enough to have -40deg of castor:eek:

The front shocks had zero compression resistance, so they were comp[letely rooted and the new shocks improved the handling by 70%. And I set the swivel pin preload, wheel bearings, and checked all of the other bushes, if you don't believe me go over inflate your tyres by 10psi over maximum rating and go for a drive. I don't THINK the Disco is a much safer truck to drive and handles 100% better that it did with over inflated tyres and rooted front shocks, I KNOW it is. seriously before you tell me WTF, go overinflate your tyres and go for a drive, now also make sure it is in a disco without a sway bar, because early discos like mine didn't come with them. Let me know how your test drive went!

standard pressures in a d1 are closer to 28psi front and 30psi rear, the new shocks may have fixed most of the issue but i bevieve there may still be and issue.
