Thread: No Wipers front or rear, no washer jets, no windows after a wash???

mine does the same thing plus i loose indicator i leave it for an hour the all comes good if it dint i take it for a hammer in the bush and then all is good (i know weird)

ps did you also check under bonnet fuses

yeahhh checked all the fuses under there but i dont thing they would have anything to do with it. checked out my manual to see exactly where everything is as in fuses, then rechecked it where the fuses are and all is correct. so yeah its bloody weird lol and its a bloody landrover!!!!!!!! lol

I checked all the fuses under the bonnet I take it the relays are under that black little box on the right hand drivers side if so they are all fine.

Thought I'll have another sqeeze now that it's daylight and found that I have no UHF, side mirrors.

So far what I don't have is..

Wipers+jets - front and rear
side mirrors
aircon/heater functions
all 4 windows
UHF radio
gear stick panel lights

what I do have is

radio
lights all round Inc indicators + hazzards
spotlights
interior lights
window switch panel lights BUT no power to windows

where abouts are the relays on a disco 1 300tdi, I only found one near the fuse box under the bonnet.

As a guess, is there a fusible link that might have gone?

If you installed the UHF yourself, have a look at where it is drawing it's power from, and work back from there.

All of the things that arn't working seem to be on the accessories side of the ignition, so it is possible that a relay has gone. Cant help you with the location of them, but it is sounding like a dodgy one.

thanks mate. I actualy checked that out after my last post, my UHF power is hooked up the my side mirror switch hence why no power to the UHF. Thinking now it might be a relay just have to locate it now.

Just looking up the manual....most of the relay's are "behind passenger side of facia"
