A rear swaybar makes the most noticeable difference due to the A frame design, hd springs and good shocks and they wont make much difference anyway.

Easy job to fit with a couple of spanners or socket.

I have the same, or lack of in mine, I have a 2 inch HD lift with pretty crappy shocks, it is all over the road. Im suprised as mine is a 10/95, thought they would have all had front sway bars by then. So some decent shocks all round and it will handle much better? The rear on mine seems to want to kick out for some reason, if that makes sense. I thought the handling really had to do with the spring rates?

I didn't see that post I was under the impression though that the early ones never even had the brakets... Unless the were fitted because the rangie bad the bars standard,,,, maybe????

Hi, good to see someone else in Sunbury onboard. I have a 1996 model if you need to have a look at how it is set up or have a test run to compare. I have a 2in lift and hd shocker and ride nice and flat around corners. PM me if you would like to compare or see how things are fitted.
    Cheers, David.

Thankyou David . It s good to see i am not out here on my own at sunbury. If i get stuck i may take you up on that offer. I have another Disco for parts which i think has the sway bars fitted.
