Well the odds are it is an ignition problem if it happens on both petrol and gas.
Maybe you have some seized open injectors and some plugs are loading from richness.
BUT first i would go through the usual suspects ,as it is all pretty cheap. Plugs, leads, dizzy cap, rotor.
Also if you have headlights and aircon on while idling for long periods , its likely that alternator output at idle is not matching the draw from the battery and it is slowly sinking in volts. Aircon fans =7amps each, blower another 5-7, headlights about 10 amps. How old is the battery?
