I made my own easily enough. 2mm chequer plate, use the old card as a template (the chequer plate will need to be a few mm smaller actually) and then some self-tapping screws to secure in placeMine even has a fold down table

You can use the original cover as a template - I bought some external trim clips and reproduced the holes from the original cover - that way I don't have to drill any holes. I also used a router to cut out a flat section and refitted the storage bin using the original screws - took a long time and was fiddly but I thought "what the heck, I'm not paying someone an hourly rate to get it done"
Cheers,
Franz
I "was" going to use chequer plate, but it can be a pain to screw anything flat to it because of the ridges,I used plain ali in the end, heres a few piccys of mine

Nice - no good for me...I guess I wont be getting my stove on my tailgate...near the LPG tanks and LPG vent....not that mine is leaking but it would only take a leak....
I like the use of the tailgate!
