    Smile Great blokes

Had trouble with the lovells, both back shocks snapped of at the bottom.
I've been told they have fixed this problem(wrong size rubbers). Rang them up they said they would replace them strait away. I said they were a bit soft for my conditions, they recommened ultimo and would give them to me at the same price. The disco rides well. (Have about 15kms of pot holes to deal with)
Got them on e-bay through Suspenion stuff, great to deal with.

    Hi Riceburner,
I have a friend who put these on his Disco 2 TD5 (DiscoDan on this forum) and the car drives and rides beautifully. Suspension Stuff is just down the road from me, I have had reason to discuss suspension issues with Shane (Owner) and he seem very knowledgeable. He has also gone out of his way to help.

I would recommend the business to anyone including the setup he has put together.

Talk to Shane before ordering or e-mail tham and tell them what you have for accessories or are going to fit and they will tailor the shocks and coils for you. I have the same kit on my 02 TD5 Disco. Have not had it off road yet since installation. The vehicle handles better on road now, and is a bit more stiff than stock but I like it that way. I was a bit dissapointed with the flimsy rubber cover on the shocks to protect the shock shaft other than that they are good.
Have towed a 1500Kg trailer since installation and did handle better than stock.

Problem is I am in South Africa so if anything breaks its a hassle to claim. But it is much cheaper than XJS or OME.

i actually had a quote from TJM for XJS GOLD for same price as bilstein and dobs... $1100. but TJM themselves said to go with the bilsteins as they are superior. so i did
