#1 CDL but I think you do not have the internals :(
#2 2" Lift Kit - Budget for $300 SLS raisers + $190 front springs (pair) + 4 shocks at $?? :D
#3 Front Prop re-build with greasable DC Joint - $500 :D
#4 UHF (or at a minimum a handheld 2W unit for $120)

CDL
My D2 is 2001 August build, still has cdl internals, must have been dropped not long after.

If you drive the D2 alot.
Chip it if it isnt already done.
They are so much nicer to drive with a tad more power, fuel economy remains if you dont abuse the pedal.

Personally I'd go CDL, lift and then chip.
To check if your TC has the lock fitted, feel above the front output shaft. If the internals are inside there will be a small spigot, you can use a 10mm spanner to engage it.

Never underestimate side steps.
First thing I got was the steps and never happier.
Then bar, 2" lift, muddies, cdl linkage, chip & intercooler (wow) and finally cargo barrier.
With the side steps I could reach the roof racks. Kinda novel idea!
