    Serpentine Belt Fitment on TD5

    Hi All

I have ordered my Rave but in the mean time I have refitted my Serpentine belt but cant find a diagram anywhere to confirm I have done this correctly. I looks right with all smooth pullies on the smooth side on the belt. Ithis would be good to know before I get the Radiator and Intercooler back in.

    what do you think?

    Cheers

jsut one tip,, on the crank there is another grove that the belt ccan go into,, you have to make sure that the belt is in the right groves,, witch means that the belt must go all the way to the engine side of the pully ,, and a free grove on the balencer side,,

if its in the rong grooves, you should ask our old aprentess how long the belt lasts, not very, few min's at most???

Your belt is correct, trying to fit it "wrong" is almost impossible as its just not long enough to go any other way (trust me I've tried )
