I've been through this exercise a little while ago with a 30mm lift in the front with longer springs 'n shocks. Then with the help of a Nanacom linked to a laptop used this to re-program the SLS heights....
Took a little to suss out right as the height indexing didn't relate to anything meaningful like mm or inches so just played around with it 'til we got it right.
I did however end up with some grief with what to replace the OLD OE shocks with.... 2 choices - LR standard shocks or Bilsteins $$$$.
Due to the higher pressure I now run in the bags the standard rebounds etc are different so took a punt on Dobinson GS51-119 shocks.... they quote extended length of 570mm (same as OE, compressed 370mm) but in reality it's 585mm. I reckon its right on the limit of the bag full extention... wouldn't want it to be 5 mm longer.... Just had to unclick the passenger side ABS line from the chasis to give it some slack.
The impression is that the new shocks are definitely slowing down movement in the back however haven't been over any corrugations to reaaally test them... Dirt roads etc seem to hold well.

I used a +2" SPACER upgrade with KONI Heavy track dampers that are also an additional 2" in length. As in my case the front dampers were lifeted along with the spring, there was really only need to change the rear dampers. Smart to get extended length goodridge brake hoses all round too.
Cheers
