D2 Electric seats - Need your assistance

Hi everyone... I need some help from someone with electric seats in their Discovery 2.

I have got my hands on a complete leather seat package and been busy installing in the vehicle.

    Problem:
The front seats arrived with the wiring looms seperated from the seats...

I dont know where the wiring is supposed to mount, or the fuse block or relay...

Can somebody grab a camera and (bending like an Olympic gymnast) take some pics showing the locations of the wiring loom, fuse block, yellow relay block etc... under the front seats for me?

    Would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Tombie.

Can't help yet but am working on this conversion as well. I have the seats, the drivers side switch and the plug on the seat end. If you could take some photos of the fitting process or a diagram of the loom that would be very helpfull.

I'm still looking for the Passenger side switch and loom. I might be able to make a loom but what else do I need?

    Cheers

    Matt

Dont forget if the vehicle never came with electric seats from the factory, it will need enabling in the BCU options before they work.

Hey Tombie, How did you go with your seats? I still need to find One switch and the loom. I am thinking about converting my manual seats to Leather as I would rather a leather Forward and Back side anyway. Has anyone done This?

Looking at the leather one I think it would mean I need to Strip the leather and fit it onto the manual seat. but then there it the arm rests as well as the manual Lumbar support.

    Any thoughts out there?

    Cheers

    Matt
