    I made my own

    Using this as a guide
    Rear Window Guard

    And made this

Drilling the holes and cutting from the hole out to the edge allows the perpex to form to the curve of the window.

Use this to attach to the window

I think Doug's referring to the deflector that sits on the roof above the tailgate to direct airflow down to keep the window clean.

    Hi All
The pics posted by Handbrake hates Camping are of the genuine Land Rover one which is not made anymore. I would love to get hold of one but I have tried everywhere to no avail.

Sorry for the tease guys... It does work except in really really dusty areas where your car is covered from top to bottom... I would say about a 75% improvement on not having one installed.

I have one fitted also, on the car when I got it 6 years ago. I think Handbrake is pretty charitable saying it has a 75% success rate, I'd put it around the 25-30%. No offence Handbrake. It sort of "blew off" quite some time ago (fitted with 2 small screw clamps and double sided tape) so I left it off for a while.....very little difference in the dust collected on the window.

Put it back on again a few years ago (new double sided tape) because I simply had it sitting there and again, very little difference to crap collected on window. Looks OK but I wouldn't buy another if this one came to grief. In very dusty conditions it does bugger all to help.

I've also heard that you can't buy them new anymore in Aussie....maybe overseas perhaps.
