As far as your fuel economy goes, 400km for $53 is about the same as I get from my Td5 Auto on a long trip (around 9L/100km - around $47 for 400km) ... my long term average (14 months - on/offroad) is currently $0.1455c/km.

... and you're paying how much for gas ?? $0.74c/L ... it's only $0.627c/L here ... and probably much cheaper everywhere else ... :(
