Never attempted the job so can't be much help there, but I would be interested on seeing the price and results the trimmer gets for the completed job.....who is it?

Bloke's name is Stuart. Used to be at JPs when they were in town.
Found him in the last phone book (not in the current one) and works from home. He suggested that he had done series one discos, and for him to do all on one of those was approx $600, drive in / drive out.
1 hour to remove from start...getting the bsic tools, to the end...sheet out of the car. 1 person (me).
Quote is $350, but I am leaving him to extract and replace the aircon vents and the cargo net, simply because they should be fitted as part of the re-trim due to their required mounting. So expect to get hit for a little extra.
I'll let post the results when I get it back.
I'll look forward to your report on the finished job. If it works out OK I would be interested in getting mine done also, no rear air con or cargo barrier to fiddle with though. Could you ask him if he's interested please or flip me his number so I can get in touch? Don't know what colour yours is but mine is a light grey.
Mick,
Cargo net is the web pockets above the rear seats...you should have that as well.
Will wait until I have the end result B4 refering him.
Mine is a sand (light) colouring, but the replacement material is more a "carpet" than a foam backed whatever material they use? and because it's not foam backed, there should be never a concern again as the glue is not the issue, it's the material releasing from its foam backing...apparently:)
Cargo net, web pockets....gotcha, sorry I should have read your initial post more carefully.
OK...Stuart from All Range Trimming in Karratha completed the work in one day.
Droppped off the liner Monday night, and it was ready Tuesday afternoon.
I left him to remove and reinstate the rear air vents and netting.
The job looks very good, and all I'm left with now is to refit the liner to the car...1 hour to get it out, expect probably 2 to refit, then find where all those remaining screws are supposed to go:)
His cost: $400 cash, which given the local economy, seemed quite fair and reasonable.

Thanks for that, I'll give him a call but it won't be for 2-3 weeks, I'm going to Perth. Unfortunately not in the Disco though, I'm going in a Rav (daughter's).....what a come down:p
Hope this works...
pics of the new liner in and looking good. Very ahppy.
Our Disco 2 needs to be done. The cheapest price in Canberra is $550 :(
