    D2 V8 Swimming

    A saw this from the guys at Lucky 8 Offroad in the US.

    I would have thought with that much water through the car it would not start again, at least not by just drying the Airflow Meter and replacing Air Filter etc.

    justin has one sweet D2

    They are becoming so popular to mod now in the US it makes me think that i'm really going to regret selling mine

    how good does that V8 sound

    I agree, nice D2.

    There seems to be a lot of aftermarket parts becoming available from the US now and the $ is good. I think I need to do some spending

    Cant beat the sound of a V8

    I think you will find he has Lucky8 waterproofed ECU.

    The mantec sonrkel worked well - keeping only fish out of the air filter box
    Maybe he followed the instructions that the snorkel comes with

    What make and model of wheels (and size of tires) are mounted on the white D2 on video ? Are they 15" or 16" ?

    bit hard to tell. I think that a lot of the sepos run 15"

    Those D2 door seals aren't very good... Makes me feel better about my RRC .
