    Just done the LH pipe on mine after the swage failed. Removing it from the cooler was half the battle won tbh. Getting the old pipe off the gearbox end (the one higher up) was easy once we cut the old pipe out of the way. To get the new one on we cut a spanner to make like a flared nut end and then it wasn't too bad to get a grip on.

    that's what my mechanic told me too - in 15 years of working on D2's he's only ever had to replace the left-hand pipe, never the right-hand one (he does about 6-8 every year)
