    There is a good video on YouTube on how to pull them apart to change shim stacks and such.

    Sent using two tin cans and a piece of string.

    Worked ok with the Paj bushes not quite long enough. And also had to file out the forks a tad to fit the mounting bolts.

    Suspension - Bilsteins 7100

    Now the red bushes from Eshock are flogged out . OTT and cape York and back but still only 10,000km. Since new. Should these be greased? I did think they should be. Also it's front and rear on the top bush on the drivers side. Any tips? Cheers MattImageUploadedByTapatalk1441796375.373699.jpg

    Greased at installation,yes... With Moly based grease...

    Without reading back through the whole thread, whats the unit of measurement bilstien use for compression/rebound (400/100)

    It's the force in Kg at approx 550mm/s

    This is the shock dyno chart of some shocks I had revalved from 360/80 to 400/100

    Other way around, 400 is rebound and 100 is bump.

    It'd be about 4000N at 550mm/s
