Perhaps if we get a canvas strap attach one end to the body then take the strap around the bottom of the diff housing then attach the other end back onto the body, then that would end all problems, don't know why someone hasn't thought of that before

Old seat belts are the go and bolt to top and bottom shock mounts.

The shocks limit the travel, they setup like this on probably almost all 4wds as standard and the shock is strong enough to take it as long as you spec the shock long enough to allow almost all of the force to be released from the spring - this is the key. Also, instead of flexing the suspension try just lifting or suspending it on blocks to do your suspension measurements. Flexing the suspension on a D2 induce bind at the front and the back - the rear also uses radius arms.

Sorry I didn't end up sending a photo here they are all the bits u need

    image-258679557.jpg

Cutting the top side of the shock tower

    image-3645415469.jpg

Extended bump stop as the shock tops out with standard bump stops

Also u will need to change the cast bushes as it handles like a dog at high speeds

    image-3070152925.jpg

    Bottom mount from rovertym

    image-3506677567.jpg

Haven't installed this yet but u need to lower the cross bar underneath as the drive shaft hits it when fully extended

    image-1746779946.jpg

Shock mounts I wouldn't bother with the ones from eshocks they don't last at all when u drive it like u stole it on the rough stuff... I haven't changed over yet but u really need them
