Thanks strangy but i got one from LR. just finish put it where it should be. All good now andi did put loctite on it. Checked the other side and it was good.

They shouldn't be touching caliper bolts when doing steering tie rods etc. I'd be thinking when you last had disc rotors or an ABS sensor or hub fitted as that is the time the caliper gets removed.

I havent had any of those you mention since i bought the car 2 years ago. Anyway all good now.

Wow. I'm now compelled to check all of my bolts after removing all of the calipers a few months ago. Better safe than sorry!
