Wheelz88...whatever you do - - - - - don't close the door again and risk having it stuck closed. It is an absolute ba***tard to try and get the door open again and to remove the rear trim with the door closed (See my first attempt below)
Buy a new or 2nd hand actuator and if your door is still open - fit it yourself. It isn't all that hard, just a little fiddly. Should take you less than 30 minutes to have the old one out, new one in and and rear trim back in place.
There are a few actuators available on eBay (And a complete rear door) and I would recommend trying the guys at Jagspares in Melbourne or Triumph/rover in SA.

yep just by a new lock mechanism.
Mine screwed around for a while and when it would not open when loaded and i had to remove barrier and unload rear from backseat to get at things I wished I had of changed the lock mechanism before the lockout.
do it! do it now!
