Td5 run-on
G'day all, I've had an issue twice where the engine stutters on after the key is turned off. This was for about 5 seconds. Both times it's done this it was making a strange squeeking/clattering noise that seemed to be underneath, so shut it down only for it to stutter on.
I've done alot of reading via the searches but unable to find anything close other than fuel in the oil, but this seems to be different. I've checked the dipstick and it seems normal.
2000 Td5 170000km
Any ideas?
Thanks for you help,

Excess oil in intercooler or leaking turbo seals will feed engine oil which it will run on
