    I have been looking into the Toyota conversion. Lucky 8 in th US sell complete diffs and I have been looking at their details as a base.

    I have not bought anything yet so some more research will be done before hand.

    Do you have any info on the Ashcroft Hi9 conversion. I found an old thread on some forums but can not find any actuall purchase information.

    No, mate sorry I don't. Just the same information as on Outerlimits, Pirate4x4 etc. Its really a comp buggy converstion though and if going to that extent it you would really be better off talking to Buds Customs in QLD and he will fabricate your diffs using whatever you want in there such as Nissan HP's, Ford 9" with regular pattern housings or whatever you want and likewise with the ends. I think doing it that was would net you a stronger and more economical end result. Custom housing with no ends is $800, and another $100 to fit ends that you supply. All of these are big operations and are comp 4WD kit. Search on Outerlimits4x4 and the user Bubs.
