Nah I promise this joint wont let go at woolies, all the home work has been done, its the bees knees in its class.
The shocks can have the reservoirs on or off and yep the springs are retained top and bottom.

Blue Fox's are the older design. Now the main line is black, but you can still get blues if you order them. After 6mths under your truck i don't think it really matters though. WRT the heims, i have them on the shocks top and bottom and they are fine. It's horses for courses of course.
Baffles design is interesting and we need to see more. Dare i ask, but is the three link Engineered ?

    Cheers

    George

    Hey George,
Im lucky and was able to run my design past an engineer, the thumbs up was given for design, strength and no other probs.
I have more steps to take but it all costs dollars.
The system is , Bolt on Bolt off and all components used are structurally engineered beyond the application as well as the mounts attached to the car.
I am wanting it ticked off.

Its all a basket of tricks when any one is wanting a signed off rd worthy high modded car,
Tyres,Lifts.ect.Actually changing a design like this is some what easier to get passed ironically than suspension lifts and tyres

Thats what ive decided with my car and the new rear end thats going into it. They'll see the tires, height and other bits and wont even notice the arms have changed...

    Wow flash backs!

After years of stuffing around with these, I ran a triangulated 4 link rear end and have since gone back to the standard rover setup. It has the same springs and shocks as it did with the four link and it still gets the same flex.

Just go to poly bushes all round (Dynamic at chassis end of the arms and Extreme at the dif end) and chop the watts link bracket down and it flex's really well. Mine drops a 35" well below sill height with 11" shocks. simple!

    Hey Toby,

Are the Extreme grade bushes a special order? All they have listed is the Dynamic for the diff to radius arm... Need something that will let me use a bit more of my 12" of travel!

I was looking at selling the car for one, but also because the 4 link I had made had a habit of trying to drive the car over under load. So when you were in low and in a high torque situation the rear end would try to drive under itself and pushed it over the passenger side. The geometry was a bit off I think. But it flexed!

I got mine from Lucky8 LLC in the US. They just had them listed on their site. The dynamic ones are a dark blue and poly is bright orange.

    They seem to work
