I'm not sure why this was such a hard question to have answered!
A higher rated spring will jack the back up a little higher than standard and will increase the stiffness, which translates to a firmer/rougher ride.
Stick with as close to OEM as possible if your missus is using it a a daily and you only occasionally go offroad.

,with 20l of fuel and nothing else,it sits at 2005mm,raised rear and std front Kings.As I said in my saga thread(new springs,not happy Jan),I'm very happy with that set up,much better to drive and front springs feel softer and rear handles loads well
.As Imatt said ,you loose a bit of articulation with heavier springs,but Ive' found the longer rears have thrown some weight forward so now the front compress a bit more to help with flexing
.As with most things,springs are a compromise ,but as mine settle in ,the ride is getting even better!!
