Changed PAS to reservoir hose now WTF

some of the steering boxes do have a bleed nipple on them, it looks like an oversized brake bleed nipple, primairly it lets the fluid run backwards so you dont have a problem with the entire volume of the reservoir in the box leaving the pump to cavitate.

sounds to me like you may have done the pump.

I've never needed to bleed a PAS system, aside from turning lock to lock, so never hunted for a bleeder
