Just as a point of interest, the lower idler is not the same setup. You could drill out the 3 rivets that hold both halves of the pulley together to get the bearing out but I reckon the problem would be either finding suitable rivets to re-assemble it or if you try nuts and bolts, getting the nuts or bolt heads to clear that washer/shield thingo that the mounting bolt goes through.

    Cheers,
    Anthony.

Just knock the bearing out with a a hammer and take it to a bearing shop, they have plenty that are the same quality, some better,, and knock a new one back in, save yourself some cash,, if so!!.

    Hi,
In which direction do you unscrew the bolt that hold the idle pulley?
    Thanks,
    Amit
