    Looking at the Rave CD, I'm thinking that doing the O rings is a little beyond me at the moment but will undo and clean the bolts and bottom cover. According to the CD I need sealant STC3254...... What is the repco or supercheap alternative? What about the best oil to use in a T box with 230k on it?

    This is the location of the o-ring



    It's a transfer case out job to fix it

    Three Bond or some of this stuff would do the trick

    Grey Maxx® Silicone

    Just run the standard 80w90 that it specifies
