Question Torque settings for tow bar and rear bar?

Anyone able to please advise me on the torque settings for the mounting bolts for the rear bumper bar and the tow bar? I am busy fitting a new steel rear bar, and due to the nature of the use of the tow bar would like to ensure that I torque it up correctly, not sure if I'm being stupid today, but I can't find the answer in Rave!?!

I ended up finding in the accessories section of the Rave program the manuals for installing the genuine Land Rover towbar and tow ball hooks, etc. So I used this for guidance.

160nm for the receiver top two bolts.
110nm for the 4 bolts and nuts from the receiver to the arms.
110nm for the rear bar to the chasis (it's a steel bar with recovery hooks).

    Cheers.

    Ok. Time for the pics.

Especially considering that I am wondering why you had to remove the tow bar to install a new rear bar...

As they say, a picture speaks a thousand words....

It's a Britpart Heavy Duty steel bar. It has the recovery points in as part of it. So as such it uses the top two bolts for the tow bar receiver to give it extra anchoring.
